Dear Valued Guests,

Your safety and enjoyment in our top priority!

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world.

The top priority at our park is the safety and the well-being of our guests and team members. Regardless of the environment, this is our top priority every day. We also recognize and understand that you all have concerns about the coronavirus; therefore, we want to update you on everything that we are doing to provide a safe environment for you, your family, and our team members.

We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made several moves in our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus.

What are we doing to ensure our community can continue to play paintball without worry? Well, we are doing many of the things we have always done, but stepping it up a notch!

ANTIBACTERIAL SOAP

In between each use, our safety masks/goggles are always washed in an antibacterial soap, scrubbed with a brush and then dunked in a bleach/water rinse. In addition, we are adding antibacterial spray on the lower section of the mask once they have dried.

HAND SANITIZERS

We are spraying all guns and equipment down with an antibacterial spray in between each use. Also, our check in counters, check in tables, and clipboards will be wiped down often throughout the day with antibacterial wipes.

ANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY

We have installed numerous hand sanitizer stations throughout staging and check in area. Please feel free to use this as frequently as you would like during your session. We ask that children only use when supervised by an adult.

FRESH OUTDOOR AIR

Our paintball games are of course played entirely outside in the fresh air and contact between players is practically non-existent! Games are played in smaller groups and there aren't the crowds like what you see at a concert or sporting events!

Among the list above, we are closely monitoring the latest developments and following the guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. We remain committed to providing you and your family with friendly, clean, fast, and safe service.

For additional information about COVID-19, please read the latest report from the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov, or our local health department website govstatus.egov.com

Our goal is to keep people active and safe, all while have fun. If there’s anything our staff can do to assist you in any way, please just ask!
